Pioneer Park
The Pioneer Park Condominiums and Activity Center are centered at the confluence of Puyallup's historic downtown, the Sounder light rail station and the emerging Civic Center campus. Community and livability are the focus of this project. Pioneer Park is a 55,000 square foot mixed use complex fronting on Pioneer Avenue and the northwest corner of the park.

Auburn Station
Proposed transit-oriented development in the city of Auburn. The goal of the project is to redevelop 5-6 blocks of the downtown urban center as a mixed-use project consisting of residential, retail, and commercial properties. The vision includes an Esplanade that runs the length of Division, from City Hall to 3rd Street, as well as a city park that facilitates community gatherings and annual events.





City of Edmonds Waterfront
In partnership with the City and Port of Edmonds and local property owners, the proposed goal of this project is to achieve higher and better use for a variety of current low density uses on large land parcels on or near the Puget Sound downtown waterfront. The plan is to fully integrate with multi-modal ferry and rail transport centers and the Edmonds Marina.
