George is responsible for all company results and serves as the Chief Investment Strategist for The Stratford Fund. He has over 15 years of real estate experience and has raised and deployed over $20M in real estate equity since 2000. George is a Stanford University alumnus and a proven corporate leader, having served across product development and business leadership roles in online real estate & other areas at Microsoft prior to founding The Stratford Company.

Anna handles investor relations for The Stratford Company. She is a Stanford University alumnus, who also received her MD from the University of Washington and is a board certified radiologist. Coupling her rigorous MD training with 15 years of real estate experience in the Puget Sound region, Anna brings a unique mix of discipline and pragmatism to the Stratford leadership team.
Jim Grady, Vice President, Business Development

Jim is focused on business development, including acquisitions and deal flow, for The Stratford Company. With a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University, 7 years at real estate conglomerate, Cendant Corp., plus a 6-year track record at Microsoft in real estate and other fields, Jim brings a deep real estate expertise and strong analytical approach to the leadership team.
Doug Taft, Vice President, General Development

Doug drives the management of all internal controls, operations, information technology, and general development management for The Stratford Company. Previously a Director of Program Management at Microsoft Corporation, Doug is a proven corporate leader with a 19-year history of project management success. Doug holds his MBA from the University of Colorado.
Victoria Grady, Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Victoria leads all marketing and sales activities for the company and for Fund portfolio properties. A former Director of Marketing from Microsoft Corporation, she is a proven corporate leader and brings 14 years of global marketing expertise to the Stratford leadership team. Victoria holds her MBA from Seattle University and is a licensed Washington State realtor.
Ron S. Thomas, AIA, Vice President , Master Planned Development

After serving as President and Managing Principal of TCF Architecture in Tacoma, Ron now leads planning, design and development for the company, facilitating community partnerships amongst the public and private sector. An architect focused on civic projects and urban design for over 30 years,¬ÝRon’Äôs impressive project portfolio includes working on such projects as Tacoma’Äôs Thea Foss Waterway, Auburn’Äôs Downtown Urban Center Master Plan & and Edmonds Waterfront Master Plan.
Scott Springer, Vice President, Project Management

Scott leads the company’Äôs critical project management efforts. With over 20 years of real estate development experience, Scott has held leadership positions in nationally respected companies like Legacy Partners, Lincoln Property, and Opus. His focus on residential housing and urban mixed use has resulted in the creation of over $1B in successful projects for private and institutional investors. His teams have developed projects ranging in size from 115 to 496 units, incorporating a wide range of uses including apartment, condominiums, medical office and urban grocery.
Mark Isner, Director, Asset Management

Mark oversees management of transitioning and retained assets, ensuring all properties are operated and leased to maximize value. With 18 years of real estate experience, Mark has held positions with industry leaders such as Wright Runstad & Co. and Colliers International, spanning financial reporting, project & property management, leasing, and acquisitions/dispositions involving office, industrial, and retail. He holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Montana and is a licensed Washington State Realtor.
Becki Wolford, Chief Financial Officer

Becki is responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the entire organization, directing internal accounting programs and treasury management. With over 20 years in her field, Becki most recently served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at a prominent Northwest Regional Company.
