George Webb, Founder & CEO

George is responsible for all company results and serves as the Chief Investment Strategist for The Stratford Fund family. He has over 20 years of real estate experience and has raised and deployed over $25M in real estate equity since 2000. George is a Stanford University alumnus and a proven corporate leader, having served across product development and business leadership roles in online real estate & other areas at Microsoft and Accenture prior to founding The Stratford Company. 

Jim Grady, Acquisitions, Brokerage & Advisory Services

Jim was the first employee of the company and has been involved in its acquisitions and dispositions since. Today he oversees all acquisition and disposition activity for the company as well as advisory and brokerage services for selected investors and clients. Jim has a Masters in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins. 

Kimberly Guadalupe, Residential Asset Manager & Services Division Manager

Kim oversees the multi-family property management of Stratford's North Seattle and suburban market portfolio. Her responsibilities include the oversight of leasing, operations, property maintenance and tenant relations. Kim ensures all residential properties are operated efficiently and leased to maximize investor value and resident satisfaction. During Kim's career she has overseen the management of 1000s of apartments and homes for several leading owners and property management companies in the Seattle area.

Julie Medina, Residential Asset Manager

Julie oversees the multi-family property management of Stratford's West Sound / Kitsap County market portfolio. Her responsibilities include the oversight of leasing, operations, property maintenance and tenant relations. Julie ensures all residential properties are operated efficiently and leased to maximize investor value and resident satisfaction. Juilie started with Stratford in 2002 and is currently our longest tenured employee, having delivered powerful results in every role she has held.

Dennis Tucker, Residential Asset Manager

Tucker oversees the multi-family property management of Stratford's in-City Seattle market portfolio. His responsibilities include the oversight of leasing, operations, property maintenance and tenant relations. Tucker ensures all residential properties are operated efficiently and leased to maximize investor value and resident satisfaction. During Tucker's career he has overseen the management of 1000s of apartments for several leading property management companies in the Seattle area.

David Morton, Office Asset & Leasing Manager

David provides asset and property management services to our office building portfolio and runs Stratford's Tacoma office. In this role he supervises all leasing and operations activity for an office building portfolio totaling over 200,000 square feet. Leveraging his previous experience and expertise, David also serves as Director of Acquisitions and assists Mr. Webb in identifying and acquiring new projects. Prior to Stratford David worked extensively in real estate acquisitions, project management, and property management roles in Boston and Seattle for Mosaic Homes and other development companies with a focus on value added projects. 

Melissa Tomas, Business Manager

Melissa keeps the company running. She is responsible for all back office functions including accounting, human resources, and all other general office activities. Melissa brings 12 years of experience in office management at Re/Max and at a West Coast development and construction company to her role at Stratford. 

Rob Johnston, Executive Director, Stratford at Maple Leaf

Rob is responsible for management of the Stratford Company's flagship 119 unit senior housing project in North Seattle. Rob is an experienced and results-oriented Executive Director having achieved outstanding results at Aegis properties in California and Seattle, and prior to that in the leadership roles in the hospitality industry at Marriot Corporation, before joining Stratford.
